  • Depending on your type of care will require different certifications and training which will determine the caregivers and clinicians coming into your home and they can vary. It is possible that you can have different caregivers at different times of the day, week, or month as part of your care.

  • Yes, continued education is important to AGHCS, LLC. Ongoing training and support is provided on a regular basis.

  • We can assign three – six caregivers with complying with labor laws and to reduce burnout of the caregiver, which leads to consistency, great quality of services provided over the long-run. Which means we make a promise to create a well-rounded team of highly-skilled caregivers who will indeed provide a wide range of care.

  • Yes, our agency is licensed by the state of South Carolina.

  • Yes, all our employees are insured and bonded. We also conduct a thorough background check on each caregiver to ensure they are indeed trustworthy to be in your home and personal space. This includes a drug screening and random drug screenings.

  • Yes. We strive towards consistency and familiarity. We also includes an excellent back up system which would guarantee coverage in case of an emergency of illness of your current caregiver.

  • No! We have a No Transport Clause which states that we are not allowed to transport any client in any vehicle. In case of emergency each caregiver is aware of calling 911 or the local non-medical transportation company to schedule an appointment for the client to be taken to a medical appointment or medical emergency. If errands are apart of the client's plan, the caregiver will designate a time that they will complete the errands without requiring the client to accompany them.

    AG Home Care Services, LLC will not be held liable for any vehicular or client accidents once the client leaves the home for transportation

    Our primary concern and focus is on our client's well being not focusing on traffic and navigation.
